Responsibilities in Legal include executing legal transactions and securing, preparing, drafting and processing legal documents and providing legal advice to internal clients. This includes research, and the review and interpretation of legal documents for validity, content, accuracy and compliance with procedures. Jobs in Legal also provide legal review of marketing/advertising collateral and line of business products.
