Description

The Investment Management Incentive & Reporting Analyst will report to the Strategic Financial Consultant in assisting with determining the financial implications of IM s proposed incentive plan designs including long-term incentive plans. With manager's direction, he/she will consult with the business and IM Compensation as how best to maximize the efficiency of proposed plan designs. He/she will assist with internal and external financial reporting, financial analysis, and variance reporting. In addition, he/she will oversee the accounting/finance process improvements and management of projects for the Investment Management Finance division. Individual should have strong working knowledge of accounting and financial policies. He/she must have strong analytical and modeling experience, strong excel skills; strong planning and project organization skills, preferably some business analyst skills. He/she should have understanding of financials for Investment Management. He/she should have a strong working knowledge of financial databases, how data is stored, cubed and reported in order to assist in projects for data normalization and process improvement. Potential role for someone with a background in middle office, product control, or management reporting.

Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree. 2 years of experience. 3-5 preferred. Fluency in English. Individual should have strong working knowledge of accounting and financial policies. He/she must have strong analytical and modeling experience, strong excel skills; strong planning and project organization skills, preferably some business analyst skills. He/she should have understanding of financials for Investment Management. He/she should have a strong working knowledge of financial databases, how data is stored, cubed and reported in order to assist in projects for data normalization and process improvement.
