Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.
The incumbent is responsible for shelving completed batches, credit advices, CD's, reports and any other miscellaneous items. The incumbent is responsible for verifying all completed work is available to be mailed back and the accuracy of work before packaging. The incumbent is responsible for packaging the contents and labeling the work according to customer instructions. The incumbent is responsible for packaging and labeling the work utilizing the Mail Out Module on the DMP system. The incumbent is responsible for the mailing of packages for customers who have sensitive materials and customers who are classified as accounts on Critical Care. Incumbent must have exceptional quality with minimum to no mailing errors. Incumbent is responsible for putting postage on first class mail. Incumbent is responsible for the mailing of overnight packages using DHL, UPS or FEDEX systems. The incumbent is responsible for signing for or releasing of packages to couriers. Incumbent assists in the maintenance of mailing supplies. Incumbent must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining acceptable productivity and quality levels.
The qualified candidate will have a High School diploma or its equivalent. Good organizational skills and the ability to organize and coordinate work are required. Inventory experience is helpful.
