Job Description:
The job holder designs, implements, integrates and supports various mainframe, mid-frame, distributed, web and PC operating systems and ancillary products. S/he formulates system scope and objectives, analyzes user hardware and software needs and recommends upgrades or new purchases. S/he is involved in all phases of implementation and performs software installations and documents system software.

Additional responsibilities:
Support of Corporate Lotus/Notes Domino server environment consisting of a mix of R6 on Windows and R8 on AIX.
Support of an International user base of approximately 60,000 users.
Upgrade and patch Domino and messaging components.
Support of third party tools such as Symantec Antivirus, TSM Backup, Intelliwatch Monitoring tools, etc
Experience in troubleshooting routing delays, loops, and other routing issues, including working with Messagelabs or other vendors.
Diagnose and repair Domino database problems, server stability issues, etc.
Optimizing server and application performance, capacity planning analysis on hardware and storage system
Support day to day incidents relating to messaging
On Call availability 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to address major issues as necessary Apply Now
