Job Description

We're looking for a senior Salesforce.com developer to join a strong technology team on CRM development projects. The long term strategy of Salesforce/ENAGAGE/CRM for the line of business is to develop a mission critical application that supports the full range of services provided by Wealth Management and supports the activities critical to maintain these relationships. We have several businss critical initiatives for our CRM platform that cannot effectively start or move forward due to the current staffing levels and high reliance on offshore development resources. Furtheremore, we expect more regulatory related requirements that will result in numerous enhancements to existing applications. We require competent in house resources that will help us implement application systems for user experience, scale, resiliency, operability, extensibility and performance. Additionally, the position must be filled at this time to maintain timely execution of remediation efforts.

The job holder participates in the technical design, development and implementation of application for BPM / Operational Efficiencie (workflow) platform. S/he develops solution which integrate internal and external systems for a demanding customer base utilizing capabilities for BPM platform technology in combination with Java and other open source standards. S/he write technical documentation for implementations and code deliverables. S/he also utilized industry best practices to write new Java programs of moderate to high complexity. S/he develops and makes techcnidcal recommendations and presents optisona that support ogranxiation needs.

S/He works with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications, and creates design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of a CRM system. S/He posses understanding of Salesforce.com - APEX and Visual force experience highly desirable. S/He has trong verbal and written communication skills - Knowledgeable in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP/REST-based web services; includes the following skills:

- Ability to learn new information quickly

- Skilled with data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems

- Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment

- Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology

- Experience with one or more version control tools

- Excellent unit testing abilities with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

S/He works with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications, and creates design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of a CRM system. S/He posses understanding of Salesforce.com and experienced with APEX and Visual force development.

- Familiar with web and application server technologies like Appache, Tomcat, and so on

- Basic database skills (SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, No-SQL)

- Familiar with web services (SOAP, REST)BS/BA/MS in Information Technology

 

- Familiar with development tools and technologies like Java, Spring, Struts, Hibernate..

- Web application tools and JavaScript technologies like jQuery, HTML 5, CSS, AngularJS..

- Familiar with web and application server technologies like Appache, Tomcat, and so on
