Client Analytics Consultant
Client Analytics and Solutioning is the use of internal and external data and expertise to identify, assess, support the development and execute on client specific opportunity action plans. The Client Analytics Consultant performs research and analysis utilizing all data and tools available including, but not limited to, product catalogues, segment roadmaps, benchmark data and expertise across the organization. They will then use this data to create a Client profile business overview and perform analysis to identify, assess and address viable opportunities based on timelines, revenue potential, client receptivity and other activity planned or in progress. The same will also be used to deliver Management Reporting. A strong commercial awareness is key to supporting the analysis activity.
Develops and validates complete Client business profiles utilizing the multiple internal and external data sources and information gathering tools and techniques. Provides ongoing management and maintenance of profiles and account plans with actions, opportunities, associated revenue and target dates.
Identifies viable client growth opportunities through analysis performed in relation to revenue potential, timelines, client receptivity and other activity in progress or planned.
Contributes to the account planning process by supplying quantified and vetted pipeline opportunities for Asset Servicing. Assists in development of client value propositions for new opportunities.
Develop standard templates and formats for each of the artifacts and meetings, develop standardized reporting dashboards for Client work plans, deal tracking and executive summary reporting. Including management reporting on market and regulatory changes and their impact.
Collects comprehensive feedback on client engagement, existing or potential issues using this information both for reporting but also performing analysis to identify themes and trends within the market place to identify solutions and support proactive account management.
