Job Description

Participates in the Technology Leadership Program which is designed to prepare the participant for a leadership role in a technical, analytical, process management, or project management position. In the rotational technology leadership program, s/he participates in multiple job rotations. Rotations may include any of the following disciplines: software development, business analysis, project design/management, infrastructure, systems architecture, cloud computing, user experience, data analytics, information security, or an individual assignment decided upon by the job holder and the manager, based on the participant's skills and interest. Receives both rotation-specific training as well as leadership training. Upon completion of the program the job holder is assigned to work in an IT position that reflects the participant's demonstrated skills and interest.



Must have a well-rounded and balanced background including demonstrated superior technical, analytical, and leadership abilities. S/he must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assimilate numerous details into cohesive solutions. S/he must also have strong oral and written communication skills. Master's degree (obtained within the past 3 years) in a computer-based curriculum or Bachelor s degree (obtained within the past 3 years) in a computer-based curriculum from a school nationally recognized for its curriculum strength, and with a grade point average of 3.0 or above or equivalent work experience required.
