Sr Associate, Compensation Adv
· Total experience of 4-6 yrs in the related field of HR /MIS /Reporting.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Must be technologically proficient in applications such as Excel, Access, or any reporting tools.
· Should have the ability to produce creative and insightful reporting.
