Job Description

The incumbent will control the servicing of all real estate, limited partnership and promissory note assets held in personal trust and employee benefit master trust accounts. The incumbent ensures that accounting concepts, policies and procedures are properly followed to enable the area to adapt to variations in the types of asset documentation and accounting methodologies of trust customers. The incumbent will have the responsibility for identifying, defining and resolving the daily problems of the trust real estate/mortgage services units in conjunction with trust department policy and procedures and management directives. The senior servicer will be responsible for control of a servicing team.

Qualifications

Incumbent will have a BS degree in business or equivalent work experience; four years experience as a real estate/mortgage servicer; basic knowledge of trust systems and operations; general knowledge of real estate documentation and law; a firm understanding of accounting concepts and the ability to interpret financial statements; good interpersonal skills.
