Job Description

The Regional Director of Recruiting will have responsibility and oversight of regional strategies for EMEA Investment Management Talent Acquisition across the various business lines.  This individual supports regional HR and business leadership in managing resources against client hiring need and will execute on hiring plans developed by Workforce Strategies. The role holder will be responsible for managing, leading and developing regional recruiting employees whilst maintaining knowledge of best practices in sourcing, assessment and selection unique to both the region and Industry. You will be expected to be a recruiting subject matter expert to senior Human Resources & business line leadership both within the region and the US whilst working collaboratively with HRBPs and Global Talent Acquisition. You will continue to identify and manage vendor relationships unique to the region and to the business line. This role is a member of the functional leadership team.

The role may represent the HR function regionally at external events, like conferences and search firm networking, as well as represents the region to the broader HR function. Additionally, the role is a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required with proven progressive related experience including demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of Human Resources. 

Extensive supervisory/management experience.

Must have business knowledge consistent with being able to execute actions on behalf of the assigned business.

Must maintain knowledge of competitors (high regional emphasis) and implications for the Investment Management business.  Must be able to identify people implications of function actions as a senior manager or senior influencer for staff members. 

Knowledge, communication, business and change management skills of a high level are required.
