Group Manager, Service Delivery (SWIFT, ITIL, Server/Storage Infrastructure)
Manages a global teams of Application Level 2 support function. Strong knowledge of ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, ticketing systems required. Financial Services Experience strongly preferred. This person will partner with technology and application teams to ensure production uptime through monitoring, incident response, and service request handling. This person should have a strong use of metrics such as Mean Time To Resolve, and productivity metrics (response and ticket closure time).
Must be experienced with managing teams across regions and time zones. Strong knowledge of Unix, MQ, Databases, server and storage infrastructure is desired. Automation and scripting of startup/shutdown, maintenance, and recovery routines also a plus.
Provides advanced guidance on management processes and methods to ensure services are aligned with client needs. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
SWIFT Financial Messaging experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus.
