VP - Specialist, Quality Management Relationship/Account Manager
The ideal candidate will be able to negotiate with C level managers and have the requisite skills to articulate complex operational and technological processes in a simple way.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the reporting and presenting of SLA performance to internal and external stakeholders. Day to day duties include, project management, requirement gathering, data analysis and client improvement initiatives.
With minimal guidance, analyzes, reconciles, troubleshoots and reviews system performance and operations as compared to the specifications in the negotiated client service level agreements (SLA). Creates reports, scorecards, executive presentations and dashboards for effective SLA performance monitoring. Provides input into SLA negotiations and will evolve into subject matter expert. Analyzes and monitors data/reports on service/operations delivery, file transfer and related negotiated performance thresholds. May handle more complex issues escalated from less experienced colleagues. Conducts root cause analysis of service failures and identifies potential solutions. Identifies which channels and resources to engage within the business unit when SLA non-compliance is observed; provides relevant information, data and analyses to assist in determination of corrective action. Continues to build domain and product/platform/solution knowledge through assisting colleagues and frequent interaction with technology developers, product/solution teams, relationship/account managers, etc. Works closely with Legal, Risk and Compliance to understand firm standards for SLAs and the broader implications of firm SLAs in the regulatory environment. No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed. Contributes to the achievement of team and area objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years of total work experience preferred.
- Data reporting and/or service delivery monitoring experience in securities or financial services industry preferred.
- Experience preferred in relationship management, sales, account management and developing/presenting client/executive presentations.
