Group Manager, Learning & Performance (Digital Solutions)
Provides leadership to a global team of L&D professionals who develop strategic learning solutions to build business improvement capabilities across the client groups as well as strategic capabilities required for digital transformation. Directly oversees programs to build these strategic capabilities and directly conduct high visibility complex learning initiatives. Provides perspective of assigned area to support the global roll-out, implementation and monitoring of programs. Analyzes internal data, external research and best practice studies to make informed, strategic recommendations. Solicits advice from HR business partners and serves as their primary liaison for integration of learning solutions across client groups. Ensures that HR business partners are educated and equipped to support and champion learning programs; monitors quality of program implementation and administration as executed by the HR business partners. Provides input to HR senior leadership on the global HR program calendar, particularly with regard to activities and initiatives for their assigned area. Oversees analyses on program effectiveness, reporting to functional leaders and providing insights or recommendations. Has a responsibility for development of learning solutions, such as curriculum design, gap assessment & analysis, and outcomes assessment, specifically representing the interests of assigned area. Directly manages program development administration, analysis and reporting activities, transformational development and employee performance programs, specifically with regard to assigned area, requiring specialized business improvement and digital transformation expertise in aligning human behavior with complex business objectives and strategies. Manages one or more vendors or third party partners delivering learning solutions ensuring quality service and delivery. Oversees special projects related to new business initiatives requiring skills development, and delivery methodologies analysis and recommendations. Serves as area representation on aligning assigned initiatives with global and regional business strategies. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Provides feedback at the most critical times.
Bachelors degree in organizational development, psychology, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics is. Advanced degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience and 2 years of supervisory/management experience. Demonstrated knowledge of technical aspects of learning program and curriculum design, program assessment and delivery methodologies. Proven experience with fluent consulting skills in operations and technology environment. Experience with developing and implementing learning solutions to build capabilities required for digital transformation of the organization; Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Process Improvement, Project Management, DevOps, SmartTech, Data Analytics and Process Automation.
