Job Description

1. Managing the Procurement activities 2. Effective coordination with vendors for delivery 3. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve Operations, Decrease Turnaround Time, Streamline Procurement Process, Work cooperatively & jointly with other department to provide quality seamless Support & Service 4. Alert, Follow up with User department for renewal of all Annual Maintenance Contracts well before expiry of AMC period and get feedback from them. 5. Strict adherence to Policies, Systems and Procedures right from quote to delivery at company and taking care of all Audit related requirements. 6. Regular Monthly MIS reporting on Purchases, Cost Savings, etc. 7. Organizing Indent Committee Meeting to discuss all issues relating to Procurement to maintain timelines. 8. Participating in Firm wide committee meetings like Global Vendor Relationship Management Meeting.
