Job Description

The incumbent manages a professional staff responsible for the administration and management of an assigned portfolio of a wide variety of real estate related assets held in a fiduciary capacity. Responsible for the control of risk associated with the assigned portfolio. Interacts with internal and external legal counsel on interpretation of real estate and trust laws and dealing with problem situations. Must provide daily guidance to staff on real estate and trust related issues. Ensures that all corporate policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements are carried out by assigned staff.

Qualifications

The incumbent should have a minimum of 10 years of real estate experience including at least 7 years of sales and property management experience. Additionally, the person should have a minimum of 7 years experience in a Trust environment and 4-7 years of general supervisory and budgetary management. A current Sales and Brokers License is required with a CPM designation preferred. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required with additional course work in finance, real estate management, and Trust School preferred.
