Job Description

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a people management role and should have handled varied complexity teams.  
  • Sound knowledge on deal onboarding, maintenance and terminations of various product lines such as ABS/MBS, vanilla deals, CDOs etc.
  • Good understanding of systems such as IMMS/GSP , EAGLE, DOS, WRT is an added advantage.
  • Should be forward thinking and should be able to work under pressure
  • Exceptional networking and liaison skills to navigate thru business and CSD organizations
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Deadline Oriented – Unit has mandated deadlines
  • Must be able to work extended hours to ensure deadlines are met
  • Detail Oriented – Written and Numerical
  • Must be able to work in a high paced / stressful environment
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and drive excellence
  • Awareness of CSD structure is a must.
