Compl Assurance Analyst GP-GS
Global Procurement (GP) Technology & Operations Project Support Analyst, focused on support to projects, BAU operations and governance. Participates in a wide array of support activities associated with project planning and management to ensure projects within GP Operations and Technology are effectively delivered. Required to liaise with wider onshore and offshore stakeholders (including broader Global Procurement, Finance, Vendor Risk, Business lines) to coordinate project activities and operations to meet both organizational needs and regulatory, risk and governance requirements. Supports on risk control processes for Global Procurement, including the implementation of changes when required/appropriate. Supports the management of policies and procedures to meet operational and governance requirements. Successful candidate will be a proven self-starter, possessing strong analytical and problem solving skills; a strong team worker with excellent interpersonal skills, with the adaptability to succeed in a dynamic, changing environment.
Minimum Education: BA/BS Minimum Experience: 2 years in Financial Services, compliance or risk management or similar function Minimum Language Skills: English strong written and oral Preferred Experience: Operations, Sourcing, compliance and/or risk Other: The application of problem solving and analytical skills across multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative working practices to develop relationships with key stakeholders and the ability to influence the decision making process.
