Job Description

BNY Mellon is currently looking for Senior Payroll Specialist for Poland to join our team in the Wrocław office

You will be part of the group of 10 talented colleagues responsible for several payroll processes across Europe.

 

Our Polish Team is looking for someone who will help us:

 

-       run end-to end payroll for employees in Poland with agreed deadlines

-       check Time&Attandence data on the system

-       contribute to HR/Payroll related projects

-       deal with employees and managers queries

-       cooperate with external payroll vendor on the daily basis

-       continuously improve our process  

 

Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have:

 

-     minimum bachelor’s degree

-     at least 2 years’ experience running gross to net payroll for Poland

-     communicated level of English

-     at least intermediate level of Excel

-     teamwork skills with strong “can do” attitude

-     ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working towards strict deadlines

-     flexible and adaptable to change

-     analytical skills and strong attention to details

 

Nice to have

 

-     experience working in a multinational environment/company
