Job Description

Department:  This is a shared role between 2 closely aligned BNY Mellon departments:  Corporate Marketing and Global Citizenship & Sustainability (GC&S).

Job Description:  The Analyst will provide support for key functions within the Corporate Marketing and Global Citizenship & Sustainability teams, and work closely with other team members on major departmental and cross-departmental initiatives. 

The Analyst will be the primary contact for coordinating and implementing a number of projects that bring the BNY Mellon brand to life. 

Responsibilities include the following:

 Support the execution of Corporate Marketing’s digital, social media and website strategy, including creating content for campaigns on bnymellon.com and corporate social channels in accordance with corporate policy.

 Support the creation of Corporate Marketing and Global Citizenship & Sustainability collateral (e.g., compile content, manage collateral design, secure approvals, manage release and monitor/report impact).

 Manage Corporate Marketing and Global Citizenship & Sustainability events, photo and video shoots, conferences and thought leadership initiatives (e.g., project management; managing relationships with external suppliers, senior management and key other key stakeholders; dealing with client event enquiries, expense/invoice processing and logging, generating event calendar reports etc.). 

 Execute the change management plan for the re-launch/refresh of Community Partnership Online, the Global Citizenship and Sustainability online platform (e.g., systems testing; employee communications/updates; workflow enhancement etc.).

 Manage day-to-day administration and online workflow for employee-led Community Partnership activity (e.g., approvals for employee volunteering, collection and fundraising events; accounting and banking responsibilities; presentation/reporting data). 

 Promote company policies and standards applicable to employee-led Community Partnership activities, including understanding of the policies and risk issues; prompt escalation of issues and concerns; approving/declining employee Community Partnership activities.

 Act as a brand ambassador by actively amplifying the BNY Mellon brand internally and externally using the brand guidelines outlined on the BNY Mellon Brand Centre, providing guidance to the business on brand related matters and approving collateral from a brand standpoint as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience/Qualifications:  Graduate preferred (BA/BS),  1-2 years’ relevant experience.
