Job Description

The person will be responsible to perform daily BAU operations and is expected to process client reports as per the production schedule with highest level of Quality and within the specified time lines. The candidate should be a team player and is expected to work collaboratively with Onshore and Offshore team members to facilitate in achieving daily production deliverables for the team. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, highly organized and have good MS Excel skills.

LEVELING FACTORS

Business Expertise:  Describe the requirement for knowledge and expertise about how various parts of the organization work together to achieve business objectives.  Explain the degree of understanding required of the industry, commercial environment and of competitor’s products and services.

The role requires good understanding of Equity and Fixed Income markets and general investment vehicles. Understanding of Asset Management Industry will be an added advantage. The person should be able to demonstrate good understanding of overall business and align it to the specific deliveries. The role also requires excellent working knowledge of MS Excel. Besides this he/she should be able to prepare detailed process documents and checklists for new tasks.

 

Problem Solving:  Describe the nature and complexity of the problems this position encounters on a recurring basis.  Include information regarding the level of innovation required, if any, and include mention of environmental factors that may add to the complexity of resolving issues.

The role requires sound application of process knowledge while processing & Reviewing the reports, identifying and discussing reports related issues with the Analyst to facilitate their timely and satisfactory resolution. He or she should develop thorough understanding of the Firm’s in-house and “off the shelf” analytic tools and drive small scale data-management or automation projects using excel macro/access database.

There will be regular interactions with the teams both Local as well as Onshore. The person should have strong communication skills both written and verbal and ability to work under stringent deadlines.
