Lead Analyst, Campus Recruiting (Summer Analyst Program Manager)
Will act as Program/Project Manager for US-based Summer Analyst Program with approximately 180 interns across all businesses, including technology.
Participate in a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management of the Summer Analyst Program (SAP);Partner with UK colleague throughout full SAP cycle to ensure global alignment of efforts; Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications, particularly across campus stakeholders and business leaders; Be responsible for overall success of less complex or small projects related to SAP strategy and/or program participants; Lead project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk tracking, other project documentation preparation and turnover to production. Direct and control all work performed. Report and escalate progress/issues to direct management, as needed; Assist in developing the statement of work, including project justification and SAP programming elements; Influence vendor and client relations by establishing project expectations; Maintain regular contact with program participants and internal clients while coordinating/reporting on project progress and accomplishments; Work with campus team colleagues and business stakeholders to effectively plan and execute the SAP program each year from orientation through graduation and post-program feedback analysis (including all program-related elements such as mentoring and training); Participate in communications with internal management and external clients. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management, HR or related field is required. 3-5 years of total work experience in Project Management, Recruiting or Higher Education Administration preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Specific interest in campus recruitment and graduate program management
