Pensions Sales Manager

Job Description


・       Develop and maintain pension client relationship, representing BNY Mellon’s full, global products. On a regular basis, approach new prospects in addition to cross-selling to existing clients.

・       Designing and implementing an ongoing sales and relationship management strategy.

・       Communicate with investment teams and product specialists to ensure the proper articulation of the various products strategies.

・       Perform client service responsibilities, including portfolio reviews, quarterly calls and prompt, through follow –up client requests.

・       Collaborate with other sales managers , product specialists, and reporting , RFP staffs to support each other’s efforts in generating new business and cultivating ongoing client relationships.


・       5 years of experience in pension sales and relationship management would be better

・       Proven track record in raising assets from pension sponsor

・       Experience marketing a wide range of investment products, including alternative products  

・       In- depth knowledge of a range of investment products.

・       Actual investment experience as an equity or a fixed income manager would be better.

・       Existing relationships with pension clients.

・       Communication skills in both Japanese and English

・       Good PC skills.
