Job Description

The incumbent will provide primary backup customer contact for the team's sales consultants.  Must be fluent in Spanish.Incumbent will have a strong working knowledge of the portfolios supported. Actively assist the sales consultant with exception pricing processes, pricing renewal process, submitting new pricing requests and verify requests' accuracy, and research and resolve client billing issues. Plan, prepare and co-present comprehensive client reviews. Participate in client calls as backup. Participate in select client relationship and the primary contact. Ensure client retention and customer satisfaction. Perform a variety of tasks as this position requires on-time completion of assigned tasks while juggling a number of priorities as requested by staff and manager. Work under general supervision.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business related major with three years experience in the treasury management field or in a related area; or, Bachelor's degree in a non-business related major and six years experience in the treasury management field or in a related area. Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred. Highly developed organizational skills with in-depth knowledge and history of practical usage of Microsoft Office product suite. Must be fluent in Spanish.
