Lead Infrastructure Ops Analyst

Lead Infrastructure Operations Analyst->>
Service Desk experience strongly preferred but not mandatory. This
individual will be overseeing a new JIRA Service Desk instance established to
replace a small limited use client request ticketing system. Ability to
learn JIRA Service Desk at an administrative level a must. Prior application
administrative experience strongly preferred.
individual will be also be required to support current CA-Endevor
administrators daily work and projects. Prior Endevor Administration
responsibilities highly preferred but not absolutely mandatory. Willing to work
with a motivated individual with prior mainframe experience.
- Looking for a self-motivated individual who is a problem solver, able to work in a team atmosphere, capable of transitioning between mainframe and distributed application platforms.
- Analyzes, implements, maintains, and documents system software installed in all environments.
- Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
