Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to work with our Investment Management clients. The person in this role will need to understand and scope out requirements and deliver a high quality learning & development offering to the client.  Requirements:  • Deliver and facilitate blended learning solutions over varied timespans in order to deliver a "program" of learning for Investment Management in our EMEA region. Work collaboratively with business leaders to recommend learning solutions to enhance employees’ performance that support business needs.  • Work closely with wider Learning & Development team and other stakeholders throughout the learning solution lifecycle in order to ensure that solutions meet or exceed business objectives.  • Build key relationships with internal stakeholders while managing expectations, communicating project status and open issues, and forecasting and mitigating issues whilst looking at lessons learnt.  • Recommend comprehensive learning solutions, including delivery approach, learning content, conceptual frameworks and courses.  • Provide insight and feedback on business unit performance gaps and propose how Learning & Development could support performance changes where appropriate • Role Specific - Work collaboratively with business leaders across Investment Management Boutiques to recommend learning solutions to enhance employees’ performance that support business needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience: • BA/BS.  Graduate / Post- Graduate preferred.   • Extensive experience in Learning & Development linked to the Requirements in order to deliver a quality service to Investment Management. • Experience of creating Learning & Development strategies in order for required programmes delivered to deadlines. • Experience in building relationships with varied internal & external stakeholders as well as vendors and Learning & Development colleagues.  This role reports to the IM Talent & Development Lead.
