HR Service Analyst –Supporting Learning & Performance
With limited guidance, assists in the monitoring of all assigned activities and processing for Learning & Performance. This advanced level client service role undertakes all tasks associated with Learning Administration. Provides proactive customer service to clients, ensuring an efficient, well-managed process from end-to-end. Monitors workflow at each step, ensures completion of all tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS). Organizes, monitors and responds to all types of client inquiries, and sets up courses and classes in the LMS. Follows up with clients to rectify missing or unclear data, signatory authorities, etc. Handles all levels of support, from basic questions to advanced troubleshooting. Serve as an escalation point for Learning & Performance, providing advice and support on issues which may be more complex or non-routine in nature and which require additional consideration or data gathering before engaging next level of support. Determines appropriate response and follows through to ensure resolution. Significant interaction across HR COEs and all employees. May support higher level staff on system projects. Helps management to develop and standardize operating procedures, providing relevant analysis of activities and other processes. Monitors assigned solutions and ensures all processing activities are conducted in compliance with organization standards. No management responsibilities and no direct reports.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
