Job Description

Primarily responsible for the accurate and timely input and verification of data into various HR Systems (currently Peoplesoft, MyTime & Employment Verification System) Data input

Provide accurate and timely input of data into various HR systems, including but not limited to:

• Starters and Leavers

• Promotions

• Cost Code Changes

• Changes to personal details

• Pay

• Hours

• Leave of absence (Maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, sabbatical, etc)

o Administer all benefits programmes timely, ensuring third party providers are sent information timely

o Provision of references to third party organisations

o Responding to queries in a timely manner

o Filing activities

 General Admin

 o Provide general administrative assistance as required.

o Provision of references to third party organisations

o Administration of benefits programmes, ensuring third party providers are sent information timely

 Payroll / PS Admin 

 Preparation & submission of instructions to Payroll in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and appropriate sign off of all documentation.  

o Ensuring accuracy of all data input into Peoplesoft

 Employee Files

 o Maintenance of all employee files in a timely manner to ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements.

o Responding to requests for employee information in a timely manner

o Ensuring all employee files are held in an orderly and secure manner.

o Maintaining archiving of employee files and soft data held by HR department in line with regulatory/audit requirements.

Project Related Assistance

 o Provide support on projects as directed by HR Central Services Team Leader and EMEA HRCS Manager



Skills and Behaviours

o Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a pressurised environment.

o Experience of working to tight deadlines with a strong results focus.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy

o An enthusiastic team player who actively contributes in a flexible and adaptable manner.

o Experience of working in a customer service environment/data processing environment with strong client orientation skills.

o Proven experience in MS Office products, knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system would be advantageous.

o Excellent team working skills

o Ability to create and maintain excellent working relationships
