Job Description

Individual will provide support to the Private Banking Offices regarding banking products, services, systems, policies and procedures. S/He will interact closely with all internal departments, as well as outside vendors to routinely interpret, advise, and decision sophisticated questions, projects, or issues. Individual must be able to independently make decisions regarding daily banking operations in a stable environment as well as in the event of an emergency, (e.g., system/equipment failure, power outage, robbery, etc) and will be responsible for sending the appropriate communications to all affected business lines. S/He will work closely with office Managers and staff to help ensure internal audit and regulatory requirements are met. S/he will provide support to the Deposit Production/Loan Production Offices, as required. Individual must be able to work independently on complex tactical/strategic projects for the business line (e.g., office closings and/or openings, system application upgrades) and handle multiple projects at one time. S/He will assist in identifying and initiating improvement opportunities within the business line. Individual will also be required to provide support to banking offices after normal business hours at the discretion of his/her manager.


The qualified candidate will have extensive knowledge of banking operations and procedures and must possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as analytical skills Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. 3+ years banking operations experience required.
