Job Description

·         Lead Scrum Master on large strategic programs

·         Collaborate with partners to transition the operating model to Lean/ Agile

·         Implement processes, practices, and tools that allow for multiple paths of delivery. I.e., create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies

·         Recommend improvements and drive alignment across the development organization

·         Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization

·         Coach and mentor the organization to facilitate adoption and maturity

·         Lead and influence others including those more senior on best practices

Detailed Requirements / Preferences:

·         Certified agile practitioner to enable and train the team on Agile best practices including Create and manage work item tracking in code repositories, tracking features, PBI, tasks and also raising and escalating impediments as needed.

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience as scrum master in a global financial services organization

·         Technology development background with minimum 5 years of experience as a developer. Experience as an agile developer will be preferred. Experience with .Net will be an added advantage.

·         Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and ability work in Global team environment

·         Agile technical project management of multiple software releases

·         Organize and execute software team training, mentoring and Agile Sprint Ceremonies.

·         Support Continuous builds and integration environment using technologies like Java, Angular JS.

·         Build end to end process to link Software and hardware from requirements to manufacturing.

·         Knowledge of Financial services and capital markets

·         Understanding of github, bootstrap, bower, grunt and related development/deployment tools

·         Understanding of Linux command line

·         Developing within a continuous deployment environment
