Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for the definition and optimization of business processes within all functions at TBCAM. The business analyst understands how to apply the firm's business plan and goals to project specific analysis, proposing and documenting business solutions. The position involves studying existing workflows, evaluating changes, suggesting optimal workflows and negotiating efficient workflows among functions. Additionally, the business analyst will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting. The business analyst may also function as a project manager developing project management skill set with experience. The incumbent also assists with conflict resolution. The business analyst works on both strategic and tactical projects, including keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget. The business analyst works to establish the definition and implementation of a methodology to gather business requirements within an overall project methodology. The business analyst collaborates with the business partners in most departments within TBCAM in order to successfully execute completed projects. This position requires close attention to detail. The business analyst position will be collaborating with internal business partners across functions in order to successfully execute projects. The BA is involved in management and the development, execution of projects that have a direct strategic and tactical business impact.

Qualifications

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication. Strong team building and interaction is required. Bachelor's degree. 3+ years. 5+ years investment management preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
