Job Description

Job Description: Support the solution marketing manager in the U.S. with a wide range of marketing communication tasks and functions. Candidate should be highly detail oriented, communicate clearly, be deadline driven and have the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.     Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update marketing collateral as needed, working with internal partners, agencies or freelancers
  • Facilitate approval tracking and complete project folders
  • Lead marketing content reviews for specific solutions and audits on all solutions
  • Maintain spreadsheets of active marketing materials/content for each solution managed by the marketing manager
  • Maintain and update related timelines and project plans
  • Coordinate internal reporting document updates for specific solutions
  • Manage postings of completed materials to online channels
  • Maintain and update general capabilities pieces (brochure/deck) of specific solutions
  • Ensure marketing materials—both offline and online—are refreshed and updated on a regular basis and consistent with overall brand guidelines
  • Review and replace outdated references and statistics in collateral and on websites
  • Measure the success of marketing efforts, including identifying, monitoring and reporting key metrics     Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing or communications; 1-2 years of work experience in financial services preferred
  • Communications or marketing-related Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent proofreading skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Good command of spoken and written English and grammar

Experience working with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel and Word programs
