We have an exciting opportunity for a self-starter and client focused HR professional to join our EMEA Advisor team in BNYM Ireland that has a large global presence in financial services. We are seeking a strong team player who wants to broaden their experience across a range of initiatives and to work with a team of HR professionals who live our values. You will be responsible for delivering and executing on a full spectrum of HR people solutions and services to a broad internal client group spanning Ireland, UK & Germany. 

You will support the execution and delivery of HR solutions of core COE-designed processes including Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, M&A and Special Projects across the region.  Work includes, but not limited to, supporting of Year-End Compensation Planning, Annual Talent review and Succession planning, Performance Management and Manager Feedback across the region.

 

Management of employee relations matters as well as working as part of a broader team on HR & business related projects and programmes make up a significant portion of the successful candidates portfolio.  Working as part of a team located across Dublin, Frankfurt, London and Manchester locations, there are significant opportunities to grow, develop and drive real change, making a demonstrable difference to our clients.

• Proven experience of handling employee relations matters.

• Good knowledge of UK Irish & Continental European employment legislation.

• Ability to:

o work across networks to build value, acceptance and support.

o quickly understand the business and cultural environment, building credibility quickly with clients and able to positively influence business managers.

o provide appropriate advice and counsel to internal clients.

o provide coaching and guidance on employee related matters to the business.

o support development of core business processes.

o play an active role in supporting change, undertaking facilitation of small-scale change implementation.

• Confident in building a logical approach to resolve problems by drawing on own knowledge and experience, seeking advice and guidance from HR colleagues across the group to continually develop knowledge and experience.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a pressurised environment.

• High attention to detail & accuracy.
