What’s The Role?

As an Integration Management Analyst, you will lead the design and development of highly complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. You’ll perform systems management and integration functions; while providing technical subject matter expertise/direction across all systems and integration tasks.

We’ll Trust You To:


Interact with users on product and platform to define requirements for application and infrastructure Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned and seek to leverage these in products and services as appropriate Evaluate enterprise capabilities, architectures, system design concepts, requirements, risks and opportunities, and processes for integration, test, evaluation and transition impacts. Leverage Infrastructure Product catalog to identify existing patterns and check against requirements to avoid redundancy Evaluate functional, technical, and non-function requirements (e.g., transactions per second, capacity, peak performance of services) Establish standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities, and coordinates with stakeholders. Develop, review and evaluate systems integration plans for adherence to government directives, standards, and guideline to ensure specifications are in line with requirements.

Coordinate system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities with other organizations.

 

 

Sr. Specialist Systems Engineer/Programmer->> Leads the design and development of highly complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Performs systems management and integration functions. Conducts and leads analysis to correct systems, applications, software, and hardware that are not compliant with Corporate policy/procedures. Works closely with external vendors on large infrastructure engineering projects. Works closely with Application Development and Quality Assurance and Testing teams to understand infrastructure needs during the development and testing processes. Applies IT expertise in strategizing how to best develop infrastructure that will allow development and testing processes to be secure and efficient.Provides input and recommends processes in developing project plans. Monitors project progress and provides regular status reports to management team. Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization's existing infrastructure technology. Stays informed of current industry trends and emerging technologies. Researches and analyzes trends to recommend and implement upgrades that enhance the reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred, 8-10 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
