Trading - M2 Responsible for management of a team of Traders engaged in the execution of the clients orders in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. Identifies and resolves workflow issues with the execution of trading activities. Builds and maintains strong relationship with clients and brokers, ensuring efficient trading operations. Ensures the execution of client orders are conducted within the standards and procedures of the organization. Responsible for addressing and resolving issues of the unit. Responsible for client satisfaction and addressing concerns with capital levels and liquidity. Provides management and supervision on the associated risks involved with trading activities and the development of pricing strategies. Develops analyses and trends involving high-risk problems. Ensures appropriate management of recommended solutions. Determines corrective action as required. Sustains a high level of service and is fully knowledgeable of market conditions. Builds and maintains relationships between clients and brokers, serving as expert resource to both parties. Provides guidance to traders and clients alike on trade vehicles that maximize portfolio productivity. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages a team of Traders. Responsible for achievement of team goals. Ensures team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives. May manage financial resources of the team (budgets, expenses, etc.). Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
