Reporting to Regional Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the payroll processing and controls for UK/Ireland.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/or update payroll instructions and provide them to payroll vendor
  • Payroll controls in Excel and reconciliation back to source
  • Provide a support to payroll related questions from employees, managers or other EMEA Teams.
  • Operate daily with external vendors as well as other teams (i.e. Payroll EMEA Teams Financial Accounting).
  • Support in internal/external audits.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year of experience in HR/Payroll environment
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Working experience of working time regulation in UK/Ireland would be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience of Excel
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate in a regional team environment.
