Position Summary:  Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job Working a part of a team the Operations Executive will be required to process and review client securities instructions, cancellations and amendments accurately and timely within NAV deadlines. S/he will be required to apply the rules / procedures to ensure that all trades are received and accurately accounted for the funds for the required valuation points. S/he would be responsible for external and internal queries to the various groups in a timely and efficient manner, operating in a high pressure environment while keeping a positive attitude. The incumbent would be responsible for preparation of trade packs as per compliance procedures. The incumbent will be expected to interpret complex trade instructions, raise and resolve external and internal queries to provide accurate & Timely resolution. The incumbent must be able to recognize and escalate any potential fraudulent activities and to ensure timely service.]   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Key Roles & Responsibilities:  List up to 6 key roles and responsibilities of this job.   • Process and reconcile client securities instructions, cancellations and amendments for funds in an accurately and timely manner within the NAV deadlines.

  • Proactive follow-up for trade files and preparation of trade packs for the respective funds. Maintain daily and follow the daily check list. Answer queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Apply fund accounting trade rules and internal procedures to accommodate client needs/ ensure procedures.

  • Client Contact: liaise directly with clients for instruction-related issues in defined scenarios. Master the internal contingency procedures and acquire a general awareness of BNYM’s contingency measures. Serve as a reference point for the team and other departments

Job Qualifications:  Indicate the minimum and preferred education and experience for this job and any licenses and certifications required Minimum Education: - 1. Graduate/Post-Graduate  2. Preferably MBA     Preferred Education:     Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Trade Processing or exposure in Financial Industry pertaining to Fund Accounting is Preferable   Minimum Language Skills: written and oral English communication skills required   Preferred Language Skills: written and oral English communication skills required
