Service Delivery General Management
Manages a unit area in Service Delivery.
Manages multiple large projects in one unit area that have a high level of impact on the operation in line with Global Service Delivery business goals.
Allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.
Sets departmental priorities and develops a shared vision and strategy to optimize team execution and performance.
Ensures work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Provides feedback at the most critical times.
Develops and implements new processes and policies for assigned area and ensures they are operationalized by subordinate teams.
Completes intricate problem resolution.
Manages a unit area in Service Delivery.
Responsible for the achievement of team objectives.
Typically has financial and human resources responsibility for assigned teams.
- Familiar with local regulatory requirement and supervision on cash and LC trade business
- Develop and update Operations Procedures to maximize efficiency while adherence to all regulatory obligations and corporate policies
- Develop, implement and review Service Level Agreements for client and business partners
- Oversight Operations, talent management and drive the team delivery of all agreed strategic and performance outcomes
- Engage in delivery of assigned projects and feed back to senior management/stakeholders on time
- Timely review and implement changes to rectify gap, if any, on operations risk, control, business continuity and change management
- Keep abreast of market trends in practices and products development, and provide Businesses with technical solutions
QualificationsBachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management.
Service delivery experience preferred.
