Job Description

The job holder oversees medium to large system projects from inception to implementation. S/he is responsible for assembling the project team, developing detailed project plans, formalizing solution requirements and monitors project results for significant deviations.  S/he manages vendor and client relations to ensure that project expectations are developed and met.  S/he ensures adherence to current project management standard processes and ensures compliance to quality assurance policies.    This person will essentially be a Business Analyst with relevant experience supporting SuccessFactors from the talent and performance management aspect.


Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Global HR systems projects is required.  Experience in PeopleSoft HCM system is preferred.  Seeking a candidate with strong analytics, design solutions, and problem solving skills. In addition, S/he must have configuration experience with SAP (SuccessFactors) systems to play a system-admin role.  Specifically looking for experience in SuccessFactors - Performance & Goal Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Calibration modules. This position requires extensive experience with managing client expectations, implementing s improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with management on service-related issues.  Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.   Experience with the talent and performance management platforms within SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
