Client Service Delivery (CSD) brings together BNY Mellon's key operational areas into one global team to better support the company's businesses and serve clients around the world. CSD helps clients to conduct business, service assets, and engage in transactions in 35 countries and more than 100 markets. At every stage of the investments lifecycle - creating, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing and restructuring assets - CSD is working to make BNY Mellon the recognized industry service quality and productivity leader. Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.

- Demonstrates exceptional understanding and knowledge of fundamental business & Process concepts.
- Knowledge in Issuing and Paying Agency is a must
- Review and verify weekly errors and comebacks received from onshore.
- Liaise with internal/external departments through emails and phone calls.
- Share feedbacks (on errors - internal and external, comebacks, MIS tracking) with the team (along with Team Leader).
- Continuously provides innovative ideas towards process improvement.
- Sharing updates and maintaining the update log.
- Consistently achieves the deliverables without compromising on quality of work.
- Understands key risk indicators or audit issues and acts upon them, as appropriate thereby managing Risk Competency
- Creating weekly reports/Dashboard for the process.
- Complete administrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames
- Professional and timely handling of inquiries.
- Participate/Co ordinate in BR testing and related activities and report results (local/regional and CMS updation)
- Imparting process training to the new joinee (process training, ramp up, accreditation and Go Live).
- Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment.
- Participate in Audits / ISO / Control / Review

- The position requires the candidate to communicate intensively with the internal customer/onshore in form of interaction, trainings, meetings etc

- The candidate should be able to understand, interpreted and download necessary information from the onshore back to the respective team
