Senior Director of Human Resources
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Human Resources (strategic business partner) who will deliver superior support to the Executive Committee Member and their team within the global Markets, Clearing, and Client Management business remit.Key Responsibilities:
Oversees the relationship with the executive committee member and leadership team to implement business and people strategies, enabling them to meet their business goals while cultivating a high performing culture open to change
Promote BNY Mellon’s One HR culture by leveraging expertise from HR Centers of Excellence to deliver a total solution to the business: Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards
Drives a team of high performing professionals who provide functional expertise to aligned business within established policy and program guidelines.
Utilizes business acumen to develop alignment and planning of people strategies for the business and/or region, ensuring coordination across geographies to ensure consistency, fairness, and engagement
12+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR
Minimum 4 years of supervisory/management experience.
Typically 7+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated success in one or more of the following areas, supporting a global organization or region: Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition
15 + years HR experience in a global firm, including an HR leadership role known for best practices in HR excellence
Experience providing HR support to a Markets, Clearing or Client Management functions within a Financial Services Organization, specialty within Markets highly desired
Experience spearheading HR strategic projects and driving transformation in a large scale organization
