Specialist; Learning & Performance
As a seasoned professional, conducts analyses and develops programs related to implementation and administration of organization and management development programs and policies for the Bank.
Under minimal oversight from more experienced staff, executes program activities related to traditional talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, HR transformation and/or performance management, among others.
May support experienced team members on special project activities, such as the creation of assessment tools, program calendars, and referral and talent processes.
Collaborates with HR colleagues on effective application and consistent interpretation of global programs.
Provides research and analysis related to corporate and/or executive organization and management development program design, implementation or administration.
Synthesizes internal data, external benchmarks/research and industry best practices to develop insightful analyses and relevant reports or program assessment for management review.
Identifies and recommends areas for improved global consistency.
Seasoned professional responsible program development activities for organization development and employee performance programs which require expertise in aligning human behaviour and organizational culture with business objectives and strategies.
Collaborates with more senior organization development team to provide input for approaches/methodologies for program design and administration.
Consults with HR business partners to promote quality and consistency of program implementation and administration.
Provides input for global HR program calendar, focusing on change initiatives and annual programs, providing consultative expertise to for change management recommendations for peer HR programs.
Conducts analyses on program effectiveness, reporting to department leaders on results. Conducts gap analysis against established organization management and performance objectives.
Provides input for documentation of programs such as performance management enhancements, leadership development initiatives, and change management strategies. Serves as an HR resources in cross-functional program development.
May liaise with a vendors or third party partners delivering organization and management development-related technology or services.
Participates in special projects related to employee engagement studies and analysis, organizational culture assessments and change initiatives resulting from global business strategy transitions requiring organization and management development innovations.
No direct reports; may provide program guidance to peers or less experienced employees. Bachelor s degree in organization development, psychology, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred. Prior experience in organization and management development preferred.
