Job Description

Manages multiple teams of Product Analysts. Supports multiple products and provides oversight and operational direction. Responsible for managing multiple, complex products, that may be global in scope. Leads and oversees complex product management projects, budgets, resourcing, etc. to support the success of product life cycles. Provides innovative direction and guidance on product management processes and methods to ensure products are aligned with client needs. Advises product management teams by providing direction to identify potential project issues or opportunities. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages multiple product management teams. Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives.


Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. At least 12 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus.
