Job Description

Sr. Specialist Senior Relationship Manager->> Will coordinate work with facilities and other Technology resources for Real Estate coordination activities pertaining to Technology.  Will be a key participant in key strategic initiatives in the planning, analysis, delivery and integration of location strategy and vendor management activities. Will participate in the identification, development and implementation of strategy and objectives through detailed coordination, analysis and research.  Will apply comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving project objectives, and conducts presentation creation and modifications for Executive Briefings, Real Estate efforts and Vendor Management Strategic Direction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is beneficial, 8-10 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
