Job Description

The incumbent directly and through the Corporate Services controllership organization is responsible for supporting Global Real Estate, Global Procurement, and Finance Service Management with management reporting and business analysis and decision support designed to improve growth and profitability and high returns for the Corporation. This is accomplished through a process of financial planning, forecasting, measurement, review and analysis. That includes analytical support of the RENT program, occupancy and below the line allocations, cost drivers, key business measures and metrics, and monitoring the financial impact of business initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for the oversight of certain financial accounting, reconciliation functions that exist within or sponsors multiple lines of business or legal entities that exist to support these lines of business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or CFA preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred; experience in financial planning and analysis preferred
