Job Description

Leads a client engagement and business analytics area helping multiple global teams. Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan. Develops and implements policies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.  Leads key strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth. Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.  Manages the performance of assigned staff. Coaches and guides on project management.


Participates in long-term and strategic planning for the Relationship Management and Business Development teams designed to identify growth opportunities, improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality.


Leverages analytics and tracking data to set strategic priorities on initiatives designed to improve the top line growth for the business.  Works closely with client facing teams to determine and deliver innovative methods of enhancing product and solutions expertise.


Maintains relationships with senior business and sales leaders to report trends and needs. May provide forward-looking and strategic insight on revenue growth initiatives to drive future revenue growth.


Serves as a subject matter expert in technical aspects of sales analytics and is responsible for generating recommendations based on data.  Resolves the most complex  issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.


Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.  Provides feedback at the most critical times.


Responsible for the achievement of area goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members.  Area supports a variety of complex client accounts.



Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.

10-15 years of total work experience in sales preferred with at least 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
