CSD helps clients to conduct business, service assets, and engage in transactions in 35 countries and more than 100 markets. At every stage of the investments lifecycle - creating, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing and restructuring assets - CSD is working to make BNY Mellon the recognized industry service quality and productivity leader. Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.     Client Activation is responsible for the on-boarding of clients at BNY Mellon and ensuring the correct tax service and reporting is applied. The team is a central utility provider, servicing groups in Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust, Wealth Management, Broker Dealer Services (BDS), Treasury Services, Depository Receipts, Global Liquidity Services, Trade Operations, Loan Operations, Global Markets and AIS.   Four main pillars of service are provided: 1. Global Client Administration, taking care of US Client Administration, US and EMEA Client On-boarding, System Consolidation/Conversions, US Compliance and Control Reporting. 2. Tax Products and Services, taking care of Tax Documentation and Reporting, Research on event taxability, Tax Withholding on US Corporate Events, Cost Basis Reporting and Calculation, Tax Reporting, Global Tax Compliance, Tax Certification and Regulatory reporting. 3. Global Client Activation and Servicing- Administration, taking care of creating external client access to various Platforms such as Connect and NEXEN for multiple lines of business - Asset Servicing, AIS, Corporate Trust, Global Liquidity, Global Markets, ADR. 4. Global Client Activation and Servicing- Onboarding, works with various lines of business and Technology to onboard new and enhanced electronic banking services.   CA Representative – Information Security Administrator will:  
  • set up internal client's access of BNY Mellon applications and online tools (grant, revoke and modify user’s accesses to various applications within company mainframe: NEXEN,GLOBAL AFRA, INTELLIMATCH IPA etc.).
  • provide access control support for specific business areas.
  • plan and prepare detail practices and procedures on numerous technical processes.
  • provide professional support to clients through timely and accurate creation of client and 3rd party Workbench ID s for approximately 200 clients.
  • will serve as a control function for tactical regulatory initiatives.
  • will act as the subject matter expert within GCAS as it is related to contract administration, and review and maintenance of unique contractual requirements.
  • will also be expected to respond to inquiries originated by the GCAS Officers or CAE administrators in a timely and accurate manner to ensure positive impact to clients.
  • will be responsible for account updates to existing clients on multiple platforms.
  • will establish client, account, user and product entitlements on various backend systems.
  • will enter client requests into a database tracking system.


  • BA or Master degree.
  • No experience required for admin.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form in English required.
  • Solid client service skills, problem-solving, muli-tasking ability, knowledge of application, good influence/persuasive abilities, good project management/analysis skills, good technology/PC-Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
