Job Description

Real Estate Lending - IC6 Responsible for originating, underwriting, closing and monitoring of the largest and most complex real estate loans that are of the highest risk to the Bank. Responsible for all Real Estate Lending loan components including origination, underwriting and closing for the largest and most complex loans. Monitors existing loan portfolios, including loan reviews and site visits. Manages existing accounts and client relationships for large, complex revenue accounts that are of high risk to the Bank. Develops opportunities based on research and prospecting for new clients. Conducts special projects at the direction of management. Solves highly specialized and complex problems that directly impact revenue and/or market reputation. Leverages advanced technical knowledge to develop custom solutions. Cross-sells bank products and services. Generates new business opportunities for the bank such as new loans and related fees. No direct reports. Provides guidance to more junior staff. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. MBA is preferred. 12-15 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in real estate lending or commercial banking preferred.
