Job Description

The incumbent provides support to Relationship Managers with client relationships and works with the relationship manager on daily gift processing, trust administration, fiduciary, multi-generational, accounting and tax issues on assigned accounts.  In addition, the Assistant Relationship Manager may have responsibility for small Planned Giving client relationships and will work closely with non-profit organizations and their donors.  S/He must also possess the technical and communication skills to enable him/her to provide exceptional client service to all relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 - 3 years of experience in the investment/fiduciary management industry. S/He must also possess the technical and communication skills to enable him/her to participate in the sales process and service delivery for new Planned Giving relationships. Two years of experience with a finance, accounting, reporting or processing background preferred.
