The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to support the MCM business units, as assigned, striving for maximum user productivity and operational efficiency within these groups. This necessitates the Senior Business Analyst have a general knowledge of investment management organizations and their business flows. In developing solutions, the Business Analyst will work with the business groups to develop business requirements. The Senior Business Analyst will work with IT and the assigned business group on the design, testing, and implementation of a solution. The Senior Business Analyst will also work with the business unit to develop prototype or tactical applications, as required in support of immediate business needs. Experience working with business groups to develop business requirements. Experience with process management and process change implementation. Experience writing functional specifications, test scripts, and executing test scripts. Technical experience: Knowledge of PC application programs (Excel and Word). Previous programming experience highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of investment instruments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task..

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in information systems. 4 to 6 years of hands on business analysis/project management type experience in an investment or technical field.
