Analyst, Transformation Specialist / Trade Operations / Client Processing

Job Description

  • Execute our Digitize, Optimize, Grow strategy through process review/reengineering, data analytics, and smart technologies.
  • Incoming Transformation Specialist/Analyst will learn about the firm first-hand through their day-to-day responsibilities and participate in on-site rearranged training covering all of the related aspects of Trade Operations.  
  • Transformation Specialist/Analysts are expected to deliver transformational change to related operational processes that furthers the company’s strategic vision.
  •  Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
  • Interacts with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service.
  • Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
  • Following established procedures, answers inquiries, and resolves problems or issues. Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research. Escalates more complex situations to senior colleagues.
  • Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.

  • Experience with data analytics, process reengineering, machine learning, database management, business analytics, statistics or economics

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office programmes and an interest in enhancing these skills further;
  • VBA knowledge is a plus
  • A results orientated individual who has a logical and analytical method of working
  • Ability to work on own initiative/project when required, as well as in the team
  • Highly motivated, reliable, well organised.
